Breakfast
In the mountains, there is nothing better than starting the day with a sumptuous breakfast buffet! Every day from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., guests can delight their palate with sweet and savoury delicacies: homemade cakes, cold cuts, cheeses and many other local products. Hot beverages and tasty fruit juices accompany them.
Lunch and dinner
The cuisine is typical of the Trentino and aims to bring out the flavours of an area steeped in culinary traditions. All meals include a buffet of starters followed by a choice among 3 first courses and 3 second courses. To finish, desserts and seasonal fruit galore! Every week, we also host a traditional Ladin dinner: a moment to share the most authentic flavours of the land, expressed in the simplest recipes.
